Kole Carter
Performance CoachKole brings the perspective of a three-sport athlete, a collegiate linebacker, and a head coach to every athlete he trains. He currently serves as Associate Head Coach and Director of Recruiting at the University of Rio Grande after two seasons as Head Football Coach at Brunswick High School and a run as Head Coach at Gallia Academy, his alma mater, where he posted an 18-6 record. Performance CoachAustin brings a rare blend of athletic experience, coaching detail, and clinical knowledge to AP. A former collegiate linebacker and team captain at Ohio Dominican, he has been connected to AP since age 14 and has coached here since 2014. Now a licensed Doctor of Physical Therapy, Austin helps athletes build strength, resilience, and better movement from the ground up. Read More →

Performance CoachPreston brings collegiate coaching experience and a multi-sport athletic background to AP. A Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, he currently serves as a Strength and Conditioning Coach at Indiana Wesleyan University, where he also played defensive back, captained the football program, and earned All-MSFA Mideast First Team honors. A Frankfort, Ohio native and former First Team All-Ohio selection at Adena, Preston helps young athletes build the strength, speed, and discipline to compete at the next level.

Performance CoachMatt brings firsthand experience from NCAA Division I football and a national championship run with Ohio State Club Football, where he earned NCFA Defensive MVP — the first Buckeye in league history to win the award. A Jackson, Ohio native and former team captain at Jackson High School, Matt helps athletes build strength, speed, and discipline, with specialized expertise in D-line and trench development.
Ty McBee
Performance CoachTy brings a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) credential, a degree in exercise science from The Ohio State University, and more than two decades of healthcare leadership experience to his work with AP athletes. Specializing in boxing conditioning, Ty helps athletes build functional strength, cardiovascular fitness, coordination, and the mental toughness to face hard things with confidence. A lifelong athlete and outdoorsman, his coaching style is practical, encouraging, and built on developing strength in both body and mind.
Sydney Foglesong
Performance Coach InternSydney brings the perspective of a current Division I athlete to AP. A junior thrower for the University of Cincinnati Track & Field team, she has posted personal bests in the shot put, discus, hammer, and weight throw, with top-10 all-time program marks in the weight throw, discus, and hammer. A Frankfort, Ohio native and Adena standout, Sydney was named First Team All-Ohio in volleyball and helped lead the Warriors to back-to-back SVC Championships.
