As a Performance Coach at AP, Kole draws on his background as a three-sport athlete, his collegiate playing experience, his work recruiting and developing college-level talent, and years of head-coaching responsibility to help young athletes build the strength, speed, and mindset needed to compete at a high level.

Kole also currently serves as Associate Head Coach and Director of Recruiting at the University of Rio Grande, where he joined the staff in January 2026 after two seasons as the Head Football Coach at Brunswick High School. Before Brunswick, he was the Head Coach at Gallia Academy — his alma mater — where he posted an 18-6 record and established himself as one of southeastern Ohio’s most promising young football minds.
